Gardening for Life: Tools for Growing Healthy and Staying Healthy

A healthy body helps you live the life that you want, and garden for as long as you like. This interactive program will focus on choosing and using tools--and using your own body--in ways that minimize injuries and pain and make the most of your time in the garden.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind workshop with the creators of the HerShovel, the very first hand tool designed for women.  Green Heron Tools is a small farm business focused on ergonomics and specializes in designing tools that women not only should use, but want to use.  Come learn from Ann and Liz as they discuss how we should move in the garden and how we can protect ourselves from injuries while doing the very activity that we all love to do!

Cost is $10 per participant.

CLICK HERE to register.  We look forward to seeing you!
