Intro to Tinctures with Bridget's Apothecary

Does the thought of making an alcohol extract of an herb intimidate you?  Come learn an easily accessible way to start preserving your medicinal plants by extracting many valuable properties.  Tincturing is a simple way to keep the medicinal benefits of your herb garden with you all year long.  We'll focus on the "folk method", but also talk about the "ratio method" of tincturing.  We'll discuss the tools you need, which herbs need higher amounts of alcohol, the differences between tincturing fresh or dried plant material, and much more!
